And so it begins…..
I have been told that I really should be blogging about my exploits in technology - and life in general I guess. I know I am a little late to the blogging scene but here you go world….
I am by no means the expert of experts in the development community, but I can say that I have seen many things and done many things in my 8-9 years in IT, so maybe I won’t come off as a complete simpleton - or maybe I will - who knows? I planning on TRYING to blog about different technologies/tools that I either (A.) stumble through learning OR (B.) grow the skills I already have. I named this blog ‘Code Blot’ because there are so many ways to read, design, and craft code (and by code I mean all types of code although I am primarily a .NET developer) that we can analyze and learn from. Plus, I am sure that someone will read my blog and diagnose me as crazy, insane, or just plain ignorant.
So what is your philosophy Matt? - Well, I call it Green Coding (Actually, I just made that up - catchy, huh?). Basically reduce, reuse, and recycle - lets break objects down for simplicity and only let them do what they need to. Hopefully we can get into more of this as this blog develops….
By the way, I am sure along the way I will throw some rants out about life and other comical nonsense - SO BE PREPARED!
